Every other Swiss job site sits between you and the employer. We don't. Hidden Jobs polls each company's own ATS endpoint — Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Teamtailor, Personio, BambooHR, Workable, Recruitee, Umantis — and surfaces the role the moment it's posted, exactly as the employer wrote it.
Aggregators like jobs.ch, jobup.ch, and Indeed license data from each other and from HR-tech middlemen. By the time a role propagates through that chain, it's often 5–10 days old. We skip the chain entirely — we read the employer's own job board on a 2-hour cache.
Most senior Swiss roles get filled before they hit LinkedIn. They're posted on the company's ATS, then circulated internally and via referral for a week or two. By the time you see them on a general-purpose job board, the role has already had 30–50 applicants. Hidden Jobs catches them while the queue is short.
Every role we surface has its location verified against a Swiss-canton match list. No "EMEA hub" creep. No "remote anywhere" drift. If it's not actually in Switzerland (or remote-Switzerland), it doesn't ship.
