About
I'm Andrew Thomas. I built Hidden Jobs in 2026, while job hunting in Switzerland.
The roles I actually wanted were rarely on jobs.ch or LinkedIn the day they posted. They lived on the company's own Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby board — sometimes for a week — before the aggregators caught up. The only way to find them was to keep a list of every Swiss employer I cared about and refresh each board, one tab at a time.
So I built one place that watches them all. Direct from the source, day zero, no accounts.

We poll employer ATS endpoints — Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workday — on a 2-hour cache. No scraping. No licensed feeds.
We watch the employer's own job board, which is where a role appears first — often before it reaches the aggregators.
A role only ships if its location string passes our Swiss term list. No "EMEA hub" creep, no remote-anywhere drift.
