IT BA Compliance Risk

• Mission 
• The mission consists in performing IT business analysis work for key compliance and risk management projects, in particular for subjects related to anti-money laundering (AML), clients risk scoring, balance sheet management, and Value At Risk (VaR),  
• The candidate needs to have an extensive regulatory IT banking background as well as a strong BA experience
   
• Main responsibilities 
• Reporting to the heads of IT Compliance and IT Risk teams, the consultant will work on key compliance and risk projects
•  IT BA Responsibilities
  o    Analyze regulation, business scenarios/cases and contribute to business / regulatory requirements definition.
  o    Define Functional Design Specification.
  o    Manage vendor (application relationship (software package).
  o    Execute database scripts and queries (SQL) to validate data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  o    Install and test new versions of applications and exploit the applications in production (batch error management).
  o    Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
  o    Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
  o    Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.
  
   
• Your Profile
• Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Regulatory projects (Anti-Money Laundering, Market Abuse, Client screening, Payment filtering, Client suitability, Automatic Exchange of Information, MIFID, EMIR, Risk Management, etc.
• Proficient in SQL and database scripting for risk data analytics. 
• Good understanding of the bank’s business processes 
• Good practice of IT BA activities and knowledge of IT project management
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Education : Master Degree in IT 
   
• French mandatory and English (C1)
