Back Office Administrator – Audit Corporates

• Taking responsibility for client- and engagement-specific administrative processes, from risk management and the preparation of engagement letters through to invoicing
• Maintaining and updating client, account, and contact information in the CRM system and supporting the creation, maintenance, and follow-up of opportunities
• Managing inboxes, calendars, and time entries, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for our auditors
• Updating PowerPoint presentations in line with the latest templates and creating tables and analyses in Excel
• Organizing internal and external events, including all relevant bookings and on-site support
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• Serving as the local contact for IT and facility management requests and managing reception-related tasks
• Using Copilot and other digital tools to complete tasks efficiently

• More than 4 years of professional experience in the administrative field
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Fluent in Italian, with excellent English communication skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Service oriented approach and a strong “hands-on” mentality
• Detail-oriented and conscientious working style, with the ability to quickly analyze and understand information
• Resilient, responsible, and flexible person with the ability to think ahead
• True team player with the ability to work independently
