The ITSL offers the opportunity to conduct research on complex questions of utmost societal importance and contemporary relevance. Working closely with other research colleagues, you will contribute to ongoing and future research projects which address key legal challenges of the digital society.

- contributing to, leading and developing research projects;
- publishing research in academic journals and presenting your work at conferences;
- contributing to the preparation of expert reports and commissioned research studies;
- teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
- a first-class master's degree in law, ideally from a Swiss university;
- a distinguished doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent);
- excellent written and spoken German and English;
- the ability to work independently, efficiently and with attention to detail;
- a strong interest in information and communications law;
- enthusiasm for teamwork in new research topics and complex legal questions;
- an interest in interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
