Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

As a Staff Product Manager in Snyk's Agent Security division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure AI applications at scale. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to shape early-stage products from the ground up, operating with the agility of a startup while leveraging the scale of an industry leader.

What You’ll Do

Lead new product discovery from idea to execution by partnering with engineers, designers, and customers to identify high-potential opportunities in AI security and beyond.
Validate problem-solution fit by designing lean experiments and MVPs to quickly validate customer problems and solution approaches.
Shape the vision and roadmap for the capabilities that you own, balancing short-term experiments with long-term strategic bets.
Influence the broader innovation agenda by presenting roadmap and strategy to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take new ideas from concept to product-market fit.

What You Bring

You have solid experience in technology, with strong experience in a product management role.
You bring a strong technical background and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and AI/ML concepts.
You are comfortable with high ambiguity and can design frameworks to execute effectively in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
You have a proven track record of taking early-stage products from concept to launch within SaaS or developer tooling.
You have strong communication and storytelling skills to influence across teams, leadership, and customers.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

Have hands-on experience in developer security, AI/ML products, or agentic systems.
Contribute to open-source or developer communities.
Have a background in software engineering or have worked in a startup or internal incubator environment.
Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.
Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
