Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup, out of ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, building autonomous robots that can handle any item - including ones they've never seen before. We're revolutionising material handling, from stacking boxes to sorting parcels and unloading goods.

We are looking for an Operations Working Student to support our Operations team in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a 20-40% role alongside your studies, ideal if you're currently enrolled at a university in Switzerland.

Who you are

  • Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start

  • Well organized and structured, with a sharp eye for detail

  • Proactive, curious and a clear communicator (fluent English, German is a strong plus)

  • Comfortable juggling a broad range of tasks and switching between them smoothly

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Switzerland

What you bring

  • Studying business administration, economics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with office management and administrative processes

  • First experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or procurement role is a plus

  • Able to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorship

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day office management, ensuring the office runs smoothly for the whole team

  • Assist with procurement: sourcing, ordering, and tracking equipment and supplies

  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records

  • Process invoices and support the accountant with bookkeeping

  • Handle a broad range of administrative tasks as they come up, working closely with the Operations team
