  • Take an active role in supporting our Specialty Lines underwriting activities by processing new and renewal business accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for brokers and clients on administrative and accounting-related matters.
  • Review submissions and administrative correspondence, follow up on missing information, and help ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
  • Prepare and organize key information and reports, such as loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios, to support underwriting decisions.
  • Handle policy payment details, including taxes and relevant terrorism pool requirements, with care and accuracy.
  • Contribute to excellent service quality by helping resolve customer service topics and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of insurance and reinsurance contracts as well as related correspondence.
  • Experience in the insurance industry and a good understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.
  • A background and the relevant experience in administration, finance, customer service, or risk management, ideally within an insurance environment.
  • A structured, accurate, and analytical way of working, combined with the confidence to make decisions independently
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work confidently with different systems (SAP).
  • The ability to focus on priorities, meet deadlines, and stay well organized in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills; additional languages are a plus.
