You will own the success of our enterprise customer base, ensuring C-suite buyers realise the full value of flowit from day one and beyond. You will lead a small existing CS team, setting the standard for how we retain, grow, and deepen relationships with some of the most senior decision-makers in the DACH economy.

This is not a support role. It is a commercial and strategic one. You will own retention, expansion, and the executive relationships that make both possible.

You have led a CS team before and know what excellent looks like. You do not need to be coached into leadership, you have already done it and have the results to show for it.

You have managed complex enterprise relationships at C-level and know how to navigate organisations where decisions are political as much as rational. You understand that in this market, trust is the product, and you build it deliberately.

You are commercially minded. You think in terms of NRR, expansion pipeline, and account health, not just satisfaction scores. You have taken ownership of a book of business before and grown it.

Full professional fluency in German is a requirement for this role.
