- Coordinating and organizing meetings and travel arrangements for our Partners
- Managing the Partner's calendar and email correspondence
- Assisting with client engagement administration, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative support
- Managing client invoicing and processing accounts payable
- Setting up client projects in our billing system
- Handling ad hoc administrative requests
- Supporting employees with time and expense reporting
- Planning and organizing internal meetings and events
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or back-office role
- Excellent French and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Service-oriented, responsible, team-focused, and supportive personality with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Good MS Office skills; strong IT affinity is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of initiative, combined with an accurate, reliable, and independent working style, a flair for numbers, and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
