Sr. Lead - Commercial Project & Strategic Initiatives (12-Months Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a talented and strategic-minded individual to temporarily fill the Commercial Process & Project Lead role.
As Commercial Process & Project Lead, you will lead our process improvement initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of key projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance project management capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Your mission
-Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team. Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as needed.
-Pipeline Management: Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline and prepare projects for presentation during Quarterly Increment Planning.
-Capacity Management: Manage capacity within the Commercial Project Team to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity.
-Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key organizational projects.
-Process Management: Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
-Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Prepare and present project status reports, milestones, and deliverables for all commercial projects to the Cross-Functional Program Management Team.
Your story
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
-At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
-Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
-Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
-Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
-Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
