About the Role

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support within DKSH's Healthcare business. This role ensures customer satisfaction and seamless end-to-end order fulfillment through effective call handling, accurate order management, and proactive collaboration with internal teams.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage incoming customer calls professionally and courteously, providing timely updates, product information, and service support
• Process and manage orders received via email and digital platforms including SAP, automation tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and proactive communication with customers on order status throughout the process
• Identify and escalate urgent issues to relevant departments, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of working experience; experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is an advantage
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with high attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Good problem-solving ability with the capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude
