We are excited to offer this role to a problem-solving team player who will assist in different system maintenance. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, and you can make an impact on how the system related improvements will be delivered. With your proven finance business understanding, you will act as a bridge between finance and other departments.
Your mission
- Be the main point of contact for any ongoing finance system related improvement implementation.
- You collaborate globally with the IT department and process owners in finance matters and prioritize the improvement requests.
- You understand business requirements and can run test cases for validating development results, getting business sign off.
- You are willing to solve business problems using available AI tools.
- You oversee the day to day reported issues from business and follow KPIs on resolutions.
- Assist in system testing in collaboration with business.
- Keen to constantly improve our system landscape and related processes.
- You manage system version upgrades as the main point of contact in the finance department.
- You monitor and investigate issues and solve them where possible or find potential workarounds.
- You are delivering fast and being able to prioritize incoming tasks.
- You collaborate with other finance system specialists.
- You provide support, bridging finance and other teams by investigating the root cause of problematic areas.
- Keen to learn new tools and processes.
Your story
- Great passion, strong educational background (business administration, information technology or related fields) and proven work experience (2+ years) in ERP support tasks or as a key user.
- You understand the basics of finance department processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with global ERP solution, D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred.
- Detail oriented and organized person.
- Worked with technical resources, or external vendors.
- Customer oriented team player who is committed to embracing continuous improvements.
- Understanding end-user needs and requirements, ability to deal with deadlines and delivering based on priorities.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
