Senior Sourcing Manager - all genders (80-100%)

What exactly you will do here:

• Shape and drive end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities, from supplier selection and negotiations through to contracting, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that create measurable business value and support Cembra's strategic objectives.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering smart, compliant, and pragmatic procurement solutions.
• Build strong supplier relationships, proactively managing performance, risks, and opportunities to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Leverage digital tools, data analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimize sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and procurement effectiveness.
  

 

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Category Management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a passion for leveraging data, digitalization, and AI to drive better outcomes.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
