An opportunity has presented itself to identify a new Senior Partner Sales Manager in France. France remains one of Snowflake's most strategic markets in EMEA, and our partner ecosystem is accelerating fast — we need someone to pick up the baton and take it even further.

Job Overview

❄️ Strategy — You own the partner roadmap (GSI + RSI) in France. You design and execute a local strategy aligned to the country's growth objectives and to our EMEA partner strategy. You represent Snowflake France in the services market - you are the "go-to" Snowflake for every partner in the country.

❄️ Execution — You're in the trenches with the Country Manager and District Managers to drive bookings and consumption. You support Acquisition (Partner-Sourced Cap1) and Expansion (Use Case Wins & Go-Lives), ensuring partners are embedded end-to-end in our sales motion.

❄️ Leadership — You hire, develop, and scale a high-performing partner team in France. You elevate the people around you and build a culture of accountability, ownership, and ambition.

Key Requirements

  • Understand the dynamics of the Data & AI services market in France - you know who’s moving the needle, so you can prioritise and place the right bets on GSI and RSI partners locally

  • Master Snowflake's value proposition and competitive positioning to drive selling and delivery with partners, navigating complex commercial and legal negotiations

  • Build and develop the French Partner team, executing Business Plans and Strategic Collaboration Agreements to drive Acquisition, Expansion, and solution development

  • Manage internal stakeholders, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews

What Your Background and Experience should be

  • Extensive years in the French cloud/data partner ecosystem. You know the local landscape, the key players, and how to build trusted C-suite relationships.

  • "Get it done" attitude — you operate in ambiguity, move fast and take ownership of outcomes

  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration — you work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Legal to remove friction and accelerate partner success

  • Fluent in French and English
