As the Senior Lead - Distributor Operations, EMEA, you will define and execute the operational strategy for premium footwear, apparel, and accessories across distribution networks in the Region. You will balance complex supply chain execution with deep collaborative partnership, bridging local regional logistics with global operational standards. Reporting to the Head of Regional Supply Chain on the EMEA team, you will guide a dedicated team to elevate orderbook management and champion process scalability that supports sustainable commercial growth across the region.

Your mission

  • Lead the end-to-end long-term strategy for omni-channel customer service and regional supply chain operations for distributor networks across EMEA
  • Define and optimize distributor compliance initiatives, driving customer-centric value-added services, packaging standards, and localized labeling requirements
  • Establish and document clear standard operating procedures across regional sales operations, compliance, and product supply to build a resilient operational foundation
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams to streamline product flow, enhance supply visibility, and increase delivery efficiency
  • Leverage business intelligence reporting tools to analyze shipment data, proactively escalating supply chain risks and implementing data-informed mitigation strategies
  • Represent the EMEA region in global system testing, ERP enhancements, and organizational program initiatives to scale internal capabilities
  • Build a collaborative and psychologically safe team culture focused on operational excellence, providing continuous mentorship and clear pathways for talent development
  • Act as a change agent by leading and innovating the design and implementation of optimized ways of working to elevate distributor operations to a best-in-class standard

Your story

  • You bring 8+ years of functional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within a premium omnichannel consumer goods brand
  • You bring 2+ years of direct people leadership experience guiding operational teams and managing regional or distributor-focused service delivery
  • Proven expertise operating within a high-growth environment, navigating complex distribution networks and regional compliance landscapes across EMEA
  • Advanced systems capability including intermediate Excel modeling, automated reporting insights, and deep familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365
  • Professional fluency in English with the ability to articulate complex operational problems concisely to both technical execution teams and senior leadership
  • Exceptional problem-solving capability rooted in data analysis and root-cause mapping, with an approach that treats operational setbacks as learning opportunities
  • Mobility and flexibility to align schedules and co-create workflows across international matrix environments, partnering with peers across Americas and APAC
