Senior Lead - Digital Planning & Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Lead to join our Global Digital Planning & Strategy team. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in elevating our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a mandate to shape our Digital strategy and operationalize its execution.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for our Digital management team. You will drive the rhythm of business operations, spearhead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across our Digital teams. If you excel at navigating ambiguity, building robust reporting frameworks, and turning high-level visions into actionable roadmaps—all while keeping a pulse on the day-to-day operations during rapid scaling—this is the role for you.

Your mission

-Drive Growth: Support the VP of Digital in defining the long-term growth roadmap and future vision

• Translate Strategy to Action: Translate the Digital function’s overarching strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap
• Prioritize Resources: Orchestrate the yearly OKR planning process, tracking progress throughout the year and pivoting resources where necessary to ensure we hit our North Star goals
• Guide Functions: Support various Digital functions in prioritizing their efforts and focusing on highest-impact deliverables

Operations & Execution

• Connect the Dots: Spearhead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that fall between departmental lines, ensuring no "strategic balls" are dropped during our rapid scaling
• Clear the Path: Proactively identify and relentlessly remove roadblocks hindering team execution
• Establish Frameworks: Define reporting frameworks (e.g., Jira workflows, dashboards), ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the organization and establishing a predictable cadence
• Track Performance: Build and manage progress trackers to actively monitor progress against OKRs and core business objectives

Leadership Support & Meeting Cadence

• Executive Preparation: Lead the preparation, content creation, and follow-up actions for Senior Leadership meetings, ensuring that Retail and Digital interests are accurately represented and decisions are swiftly translated into action
• High-Stakes Deliverables: Support the VP of Digital and leadership team with critical, ad-hoc presentation needs for top-level stakeholders (e.g., Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Board)
• Empower Partners: Facilitate high-stakes presentations for partner teams, ensuring messaging is crisp and aligned with digital objectives
• Own the Rhythm of Business: Facilitate the preparation of regular Digital meetings (e.g., Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reviews) as well as leadership offsites

Communications & Stakeholder Management

• Drive Communications: Define and manage the internal communications plan for the digital organization, keeping all levels informed and aligned
• Synthesize Inputs: Act as a central hub to actively collect, synthesize, and act upon input from all key stakeholders across the business

Your story

• Experienced Operator: You have 8+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Chief of Staff roles, or Digital Strategy
• Strategic & Analytical: You possess a strong systems-thinking mindset and can seamlessly zoom out to look at the big picture and zoom in to manage the granular details of OKR tracking and Jira reporting
• Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts into concise, compelling presentations for C-suite executives and senior leadership
• Uniter & Influencer: You have a track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships. You know how to collect input, build consensus, and drive action across cross-functional teams without needing formal authority
• Agile Problem Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment. You are able to work with ambiguity and possess a bias for action, stepping in wherever needed to keep strategy moving
