Desirable Criteria
- Support the planning, conduct, and reporting of systematic reviews, scoping reviews, rapid reviews, and other evidence synthesis projects.
- Contribute to protocol development and preparation of review documentation in line with recognised methodological standards (e.g., PRISMA, RAMESES).
- Assist with drafting reports, manuscripts, presentations, and research outputs for academic and non-academic audiences.
- Assist with ethics applications, funding reports, and other research administration processes
Engagement Activities (40%)
- Support the planning, organisation, and facilitation of workshops, stakeholder meetings, and public engagement activities.
- Assist in recruiting and liaising with participants, patient and public contributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Support preparation of workshop materials, presentations, discussion guides, and summary reports.
- Capture, analyse, and synthesise feedback from engagement activities.
- Provide administrative and organisational support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health services research, psychology, social sciences, healthcare, or related field).
- Excellent written and verbal German/Swiss German and English communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting or facilitating workshops, public/patient engagement activities.
- Experience working within healthcare, public health, academic, or applied research environments.
- Experience planning and conducting systematic reviews, rapid reviews, or other types of evidence synthesis.
- Familiarity with evidence review software (e.g., Covidence, Rayyan, EndNote).
- Experience of implementation science and/or co-production methods.
- Experience developing and supporting research or other grant applications.
