About the Role:
Role Purpose
The Regional Partnership Lead plays a critical role in nurturing strong client relationships, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring excellent execution across markets. You will act as the key coordinator between country teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and the client, enabling business growth and improved patient access
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the relationship owner of the account, nurturing the strategic relationship by acting as the primary contact point for the client, DKSH countries, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for the Oncology, Hematology & Immunology portfolio together with country teams and the client, to maximize revenue potential, patient access for existing products, and support new product or new indication launches in multiple markets.
- Monitor countries’ progress against the annual operating plan.
- Drive the S&OP process by coordinating with country teams, Finance, and the client, optimizing forecasting accuracy and inventory levels.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership teams, including facilitating standard templates for greater clarity and better decision-making, as well as follow-up or escalation of key pending items.
- Identify operational issues that require escalation to the leadership team.
- Proactively share best practices across the client and country teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a Science-related field [
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations and strategic or brand planning
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach
