Project Manager for ENLIGHT Joint Master's degree development

- Developpement of the Joint Master's degree programme together with the responsible professors
- Coordination and conduction of the work packages
- Ensuring smooth information flow and coordination among all participating partner institutions
- Monitoring project progress, structuring individual work phases, and ensuring the timely delivery ofmilestones
- Contributing to the content-related and organizational development of the degree programme(cooperation agreements, regulations, and formal frameworks) in close collaboration with projectpartners
- University degree (MA, PhD) in a relevant field, preferably in archaeology or related disciplines
- Experience in managing projects, ideally in establishing degree programmes or international projects
- Familiarity with academic structures, diplomatic tact, negotiation skills, and audience-appropriatecommunication
- Professional fluency in German and English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Swedish is an advantage
