• Apply established methods to generate global protein abundance and protein structural data in large patient cohorts in cooperation with proteomics experts at ETH Zurich and physician-scientists at the University and University Hospital of Zurich
• Functional characterization of identified protein changes
• Validation of results in independent patient cohorts
• Presentation of results at national and international scientific meetings
• Manuscript writing
• Possibility of additional research projects

Ideally, you have a PhD degree in biology, medicine or a related topic. We are looking for scientific ambition, interest and ideally experience in proteomics and its application to cancer patients. You have good technical expertise in molecular and cell biology methodologies, and genuinely enjoy challenging scientific work, with a great sense of responsibility.
