Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimise all core HR Operations processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Develop and execute the People strategy to support company growth from 150 to 500+ employees
Build/implement scalable HR processes, systems, and automations
Lead company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, equity programs, learning & development, and leadership enablement
Act as a trusted People Partner to managers on performance, development, and employee relations
Drive employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture across the organisation
Collaborate with other departments to define staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring processes
Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across all locations
Requirements
3+ years of experience in People, preferably in a fast-growing startup or technology company
Hands-on experience with payroll, employment contracts, benefits, and HR compliance
Experience building and improving People processes and systems
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with managers and leadership
Ownership mindset with a willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on
Nice to Have
Experience in performance management, learning & development, equity programs
Experience working with HR systems (HRIS)
Experience supporting international teams
