Manager / Senior Manager - People Transformation

• Advise HR leaders on future-of-work trends and translate them into practical priorities
• Lead workstreams to design and implement HR operating models, processes and technology solutions
• Improve HR services, business partnering and centers of excellence to strengthen quality and efficiency
• Streamline end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, hire-to-retire and talent management
• Assess HR technology landscapes and recommend suitable solutions across the HR value chain
• Develop implementation plans incl. change management, communications and training roadmaps
• Manage project plans, deliverables and client stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality delivery culture
• Lead proposals, client presentations and the development of new and existing client relationships

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
• Six to ten years of experience in Business Transformation, HR Operations or an HR Strategy role, including experience in management consulting
• Experience delivering HR transformation projects, such as operating model redesign, process optimization, HR technology implementation or shared services
• Ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a practical and client-focused approach
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of HR systems such as SAP or Workday
• Advanced English skills and fluency in German or French
