Job Summary

This role will manage marketing for our existing portfolios as well as learn from our panel of experts. This would be a great opportunity for medical product/marketing professionals to learn and manage products across a good range of brands.

 

 

General Responsibilities

  • Execute implementation of marketing plans, develop annual budgets, evaluate market trends, manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and prepares brand strategy, business proposal, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets to achieve marketing/sales goals
  • Responsible for execution and operating of promotion plans within the planned
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Monitoring and analysis market trend data of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
  • Identify market insights and opportunity via customer interactions and execute/modify marketing activities according to feedback
  • Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate and communicate between all departments, including (logistic/regulatory/medical) to ensure the success of the brand

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Comes with more than 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Have successfully led pharmaceutical marketing projects supporting local markets.
  • Must have relevant work experience in Singapore's healthcare industry within a multi-national organization
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
  • Strong in data analysis and planning 

Education

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline
