Manager Microsoft Dynamics – Delivery Manager

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects from planning through go-live and hypercare
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks and delivery quality
• Establish effective governance and maintain clear communication with senior client stakeholders
• Lead international project teams, clarify responsibilities and resolve delivery challenges
• Advise clients on integration, operating models and process optimisation using KPMG Powered Enterprise
• Strengthen client relationships and share delivery experience across the Swiss and international KPMG network

• University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects and programs from design through go-live and hypercare
• Strong project management skills with proven experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders and delivery quality
• Trusted advisor with excellent client-facing and communication skills, gained in complex and international transformation environments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive accountability and successfully manage project challenges and dependencies
• Strong consulting mindset with experience in process optimization, governance and applying structured delivery methodologies such as KPMG Powered Enterprise
• Established professional network within the Swiss market and a passion for contributing to client success and business growth
• Fluent in German and English
