Lead - Digital Content Strategy
In short
The Digital Content Strategy Lead acts as the structural architect of our digital narratives. You will define our omnichannel information architecture, mapping out comprehensive content frameworks for campaigns and "Always-On" states, and determining how stories adapt across the user journey. By focusing on structural storytelling, data frameworks, and scalable system building, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable master briefs. You will report to the Digital Content Senior Lead on the Digital Content team supporting the global onsite and app ecosystem.
Your mission
- Run overarching content architecture across major verticals end-to-end, establishing how complex campaign rollouts and structural, evergreen storytelling connect across the site and app ecosystem
- Translate high-level content frameworks into impactful master briefs for copywriters, production, and creative partners, defining core messaging hierarchies and functional layout requirements
- Partner closely with Digital Product and UX teams to co-create evergreen storytelling frameworks, landing page architectures, and enhanced digital journeys for high-profile brand moments
- Design scalable toolkits and campaign blueprints that elevate team-wide efficiency, proactively reducing reactive planning and preserving brand consistency
- Navigate uncertainty by establishing clear KPIs, content performance frameworks, and benchmarks using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) to foster an insight-driven approach to narrative design
- Drive independent alignment with cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Commercial, and Product divisions, providing strategic peer mentorship to junior and mid-level content specialists
Your story
- You have extensive experience driving digital content strategy, information architecture, content design, or digital editorial for a premium global brand or high-scale e-commerce platform
- You have a deep understanding of user journeys and conversion funnels, and how copy, structural layout, and digital product features interact to serve brand ambitions and commercial targets
- You have relational intelligence and strategic communication skills, with a track record of synthesizing complex business goals into clear, inspiring, and unambiguous briefs for creative and execution teams
- You have strong data literacy with experience using product analytics tools to measure content performance, set framework benchmarks, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- You have a proven ability to self-direct, protect strategic project space, manage ambiguity, and collectively prioritize high-impact initiatives over hands-on operational execution
- You thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, bringing structure, clarity, and steady support to fast-paced launches
