Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last six months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
- Start date: September 1st
- Duration: Six months
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship

Your mission
- Documentation & Training: Build and maintain a user-friendly library of guides and training materials to support our global product teams.
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for PLM users, triaging Level 1 support tickets and helping colleagues navigate the system.
- Testing & Quality: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system integrations to ensure our software meets the high standards of our business users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Join discovery sessions with R&D and Design teams to gather feedback and translate user needs into actionable insights for our engineers.
- Capstone Project: Take ownership of a specific efficiency project by the end of your internship, such as a full process audit or the launch of a new training module.

- Curious & Product-Minded: You have a background or interest in Business Processes, Systems or Product Development, and you are fascinated by how high-performance products are made.
- Natural Communicator: You enjoy explaining complex ideas in simple terms and feel comfortable presenting "how-to" sessions to different types of users.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a high degree of precision when it comes to documenting steps or testing data, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn how enterprise software (like PLM) supports a global brand and are not afraid to dive into the "why" behind a process.
