We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission
- Global Data Cockpit Support: Assist in managing and maintaining the global data cockpit to ensure accurate real-time reporting and data integrity across the production line.
- SOP Development: Collaborate closely with production team and industrialization team to draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our innovative manufacturing processes.
- Shipment & Logistics: Provide operational support for the shipment of commercial models, ensuring that our high-performance products reach their destination on schedule.
- Process Implementation: Support the rollout of new production workflows designed to scale the revolutionary LightSprayTM manufacturing method.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and sustainability within the production cycle.
Your story
- Technical Interest: You have a background in Engineering as well as a first successful experience in a production environment and a passion for how things are built and problem solving.
- Analytical Growth Mindset: You possess a strong desire to learn how to translate engineering theory into the practical, fast-paced reality of a revolutionary production environment.
- Hands-on Problem Solver: You are motivated by technical challenges and enjoy getting "under the hood" to find creative, practical solutions for optimizing new manufacturing methods.
- Process & Data Oriented: You have an eye for detail and enjoy using your technical logic to improve data accuracy in our cockpit or refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Player: You enjoy working with others and are happy to help out wherever the team needs you most.
