We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission
- Driving continuous improvement by analysing and documenting current planning workflows.
- Identifying efficiency gains, and assisting in the development of new ways of working.
- Cross-functional collaboration; working closely with all planning teams across the end-to-end planning critical path including: IBP, Category Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.
- Coordinating activities, preparing materials for key planning forums, and managing project timelines to ensure alignment across our broader Go-To-Market, Product, and Supply organisations.
- Supporting strategic initiatives aimed at maturing our E2E planning function by researching industry best practices and assisting with user testing of new planning systems.
Your story
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for using data to uncover insights.
- You are a structured thinker who is naturally curious about how complex systems work and is passionate about finding ways to make them better, faster, and more efficient.
- You are a natural team player with excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organisation.
- You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a "can-do" attitude. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are not afraid to take on new challenges.
- You have a genuine interest in understanding how a global business operates and are eager to learn how strategy connects to execution across product, market, and supply chain operations.
