As a Footwear Creation Intern, your mission is to immerse yourself in the world of our business and support the team in delivering "WOW" moments. You will focus on learning the nuances of the product creation process while assisting with critical operational tasks. This is a foundational role for a technical student eager to apply their education to real-world performance challenges.

Your mission

  • Learning & Integration: Focus on understanding the footwear development lifecycle and how cross-functional teams collaborate.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining technical records, sample logs, and project documentation to ensure team organization.
  • Project Reliability: Support the team with sample management and technical asset logging, ensuring information is accessible and accurate.
  • Collaborative Learning: Work with peers and mentors, actively seeking feedback to grow your professional and technical skill set.

Your story

  • Academic Journey: Current student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field.
  • Passion for Detail: Highly organized and reliable, following through on commitments and treating others with respect.
  • Curious Mindset: Eager to learn how high-performance products are made and are willing to "get your hands dirty" to support the team.
