Your mission
- Assist the Trims team in managing the commercialization lifecycle of trims, guiding the process from initial design concepts through to final production phases.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, specifically Design and Product Development, to ensure all trim components align with both aesthetic standards and technical performance requirements.
- Develop and maintain organized, cross-departmental documentation and shared trim databases, effectively segmenting assets by "Lifestyle" and "Performance" divisions.
- Apply a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex development challenges while actively supporting broader strategic team initiatives.
Your story
- Experience or educational background in product development, materials, trims, or related fields preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a patient and methodical approach to trims development, execution, and follow-ups
- Clear and effective communication skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and developers
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary product creation environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent organization, classification, and documentation skills for trims, materials, and development management
Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and BOM (Bill of Material) are considered a plus
