Expression of Interest – Digital Workplace & IT Services

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced IT professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent end-user technology experiences and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in End User Computing (EUC), IT Operations, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure Support, with the ability to partner with business stakeholders, lead service improvements, and support workplace technology initiatives.

You should possess:

• Experience in enterprise IT support, service delivery, networks, cybersecurity, and end-user environments
• Strong knowledge of end-user technologies, workplace tools, and IT operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and modern workplace solutions
• Experience working with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Experience using AI, workflow automation, and virtual agents to streamline end-user support and improve service delivery efficiency
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Proven experience leading IT support teams and/or managing outsourced service providers

Opportunities may be considered at Assistant Manager or Manager level depending on experience and qualifications.
