Do you enjoy working in a diverse, team-oriented, and professional environment in the heart of Zurich? In this key position, you will support the audit teams with your knowledge and expertise in handling specific administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare letters, invoices, and general correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with your work.
  • Updating records usings various databases.
  • Take on responsibility for handling the client administrative processes for your assigned Audit Managers and their portfolios in a dedicated and proactive manner.
  • Communicating with Audit Managers about the portfolio status.
  • Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
  • Interact with various colleagues from the "Central Backoffice," "Finance," and "Risk & Compliance" departments
  • You bring more than 4 years of professional experience in administration and coordination,
  • Your oral and written communication skills in German and English are very good
  • Good data entry, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Multi-tasker and the ability to work under pressure
  • Service orientation and a strong "Can-do" attitude.
  • Committed, resilient, and flexible personality who likes to think ahead and take responsibility
