Brand Manager
About the Role
The Brand Manager leads brand communication and digital marketing for an assigned consumer brand in the Singapore market, driving integrated brand building and consumer-facing engagement across digital, social, Public Relations (PR), and shopper channels. This role is central to shaping brand strategy, managing Advertising and Promotions (A&P) budgets, and ensuring all marketing activities align with global brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead integrated brand building and consumer-facing marketing for the assigned brand across digital, social, PR, and shopper channels in the Singapore market
Manage overall A&P budgets alongside the wider marketing team, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of brand and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) spend - Develop and execute annual strategic brand marketing plans in close collaboration with commercial and marketing teams
- Serve as the primary interface with the global brand team for brand toolkits, content review, and localisation, ensuring timely deployment for Always-On marketing activities
- Manage and execute local content adaptation to ensure full compliance with global brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Plan and execute key consumer brand engagement activities in-market to strengthen brand affinity and consumer loyalty
- Manage brand sentiment monitoring and advocacy within closed consumer communities and online forums
- Plan and execute consumer digital media activities including search, social media, and PR campaigns across relevant marketing channels
- Drive vendor management and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders
- Support the CRM lead on A&P budget management and product sample inventory planning
- Support the Senior Marketing Lead on brand integration and cross-functional coordination for key brand-led initiatives
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
