- Contribute to HR technology and AI transformation programs (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft)
- Support the definition of HRIT strategies and technology roadmaps
- Assist in vendor selection processes, including requirements gathering and solution evaluation
- Support HR stakeholders in adopting new systems and AI tools and gather user feedback
- Help plan and facilitate workshops with HR, IT and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field
- Four or more years of experience in HR technology or digital HR transformation
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft or ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with change enablement or HR technology frameworks is a plus
- Advanced English and German skills; French is an advantage
